The Tour
Enjoy the beautiful scenic drive along the coastline while our experienced guides inform you of the rich aboriginal history of the area as well as the amazing diversity you will see when entering the only place on earth where two world heritage listed areas combine.
Our first stop is at the Daintree Village, just south of the Daintree River for Morning Tea (At own cost). You will then have free time in the village. We then journey north where the road narrows as we pass through some of the world’s oldest rainforest. Our next stop is the Maardja boardwalk where you will enjoy an interpreted rainforest walk before heading onto Cape Tribulation for free time at PK’s Jungle Village. This is our lunch stop where you have time to order your lunch (at own cost) followed by a relaxing walk along the beach.
On our return trip we have an (optional stop) at the Daintree Icecream Company then for a great photo opportunity as the Alexandra range Lookout before heading back across the Daintree River via a cable ferry. Then visiting Mossman Gorge – Giving enough time to go for a quick swim, and a wander through the rainforest, before a scenic drive through the majestic beachside village of Port Douglas. If time permits we will stop at the Rex Lookout (optional stop).
